提高印刷品光澤的幾種方法?

在印刷當(dāng)中,我們怎么做到選擇同樣的紙張,同樣油墨的情況下,不考慮其它工藝問題,有的印刷品的光澤相差很多,那么如果不用印刷后的覆膜上光的話,提高印刷品光澤也有很多種方法:

  光澤,作為視覺信息的一種,能對人的心理狀態(tài),情緒等許多精神方面產(chǎn)生重要影響,所以人們對于顏色的研究很早就開始了,對于客戶來說,一件印刷品上的某個(gè)商品是需要有光澤,除工藝做上去的光澤,那么光在印刷上是否能體現(xiàn)出來,我們也來了解一下。

  1、改進(jìn)酸性潤版液。

  以銘酸、磷酸為主,酸性越強(qiáng),對油墨連接料和顏料的分解力,腐蝕了越大,致使印跡膜面粗糙,降低了光澤。

  2、降低油墨乳化度。

  膠印中的油墨乳化過度大都是操作中水大墨多造成的,印跡看上去墨層很厚,但油墨分子成水包油的狀態(tài),干燥后光澤性非常差,而且還會產(chǎn)生一系列其它故障。水大墨多是膠印中比較犯忌的做法。

  在油墨中適當(dāng)?shù)募虞o助劑,可以調(diào)節(jié)油墨的印刷適性,以便順利印刷,絕大部分輔助劑對于成品光澤都會帶來不利影響,例如防粘劑,防粘劑主要原料為六谷粉,加入油墨后,印跡膜層表面由于玉米粉的析出而變的粗糙,成品光澤性就差。
