　　涂中縫膠→書芯與軟包封面套合→壓槽→掃襯→壓平定型。精裝書殼的結(jié)構(gòu)根據(jù)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CY/T.6-91精裝書殼質(zhì)量的要求及檢驗方法，將精裝書殼分為整面書殼和接面書殼兩種。整面書殼是由一張完整的封面材料制成(如全布面全紙面)。接面書殼的封面材料不是一整塊，通常是封面和封底用一種材料，書腰用一種材料并接而成(如布腰紙面皮腰布面和包四角的封面)。精裝書殼是由軟質(zhì)裱面材料，里層材料和中徑紙三部分組成。常用的裱面材料有綢緞人造革漆布塑料紙各種織物及紙張等。里層材料，即組成前后封的材料，多采用紙板。中徑紙用厚紙或紙板。

　　書殼在展開平放時，前后封中間的距離叫中徑。前后封的硬紙板與中徑紙板中間的距離叫中縫，也稱隔槽書槽。在前封及中腰正面上，一般用燙印或印刷方法印上書名作者名出版社名稱及其它裝飾性圖案。中徑紙能使書殼中腰堅固和富有彈性，便于燙印;在翻閱全書時，中徑紙是支持書芯的彈性支柱。塑料書殼沒有列入行業(yè)標(biāo) 準(zhǔn)，這類書殼一般是根據(jù)出版社的要求而制作的。
